Experience & Approach
Connor's practice centers on tax strategy, compliance, and advisory for businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He approaches every return as more than a filing obligation — it is a snapshot of a larger financial picture and an opportunity to improve the client's overall position. That mindset shapes how he works: he looks beyond the current year to the structure, timing, and decisions that will shape a client's tax outcomes for years to come.
His work is deliberately forward-looking. Rather than waiting until filing season to react to what has already happened, Connor favors proactive planning — modeling the consequences of major transactions, evaluating entity structures, and coordinating the moving parts of a client's affairs so that the tax result is the product of intention rather than accident. He is equally at home with the technical detail of the code and with the practical question of what it means for a client's real decisions.
For high-net-worth clients, Connor's tax work is closely coordinated with broader wealth-management considerations, and his forensic accounting background informs the rigor he brings to complex and contested matters. Above all, he values an accessible, responsive advisory relationship — clients reach him directly, and he believes that good tax advice depends as much on understanding the person as on understanding the return.

A Note from Connor
"The best tax outcomes are decided long before the return is filed. My job is to be in the conversation early."
I got into tax because I enjoy the puzzle of it — the way a single decision can ripple across an entire financial picture, and the satisfaction of helping a client keep more of what they have worked for, entirely within the rules. I try to look past the immediate return and ask what the next few years should look like, then build toward that.
More than anything, I value being reachable. Tax questions rarely arrive on a convenient schedule, and clients should not have to navigate layers of staff to get a straight answer from the person doing their work. When you work with me, you work with me — and that direct, responsive relationship is something I protect.
